Strawberry smoothie: recipe with banana, honey and yogurt

Smoothie – non-alcoholic beverage, which is prepared in the blender of fruit, berries and/or vegetables. For strawberry smoothies, it is desirable to use frozen or well-chilled berries: so you do not have to add ice, which will make the drink watery.

In addition, it is better to choose honey or maple syrup as a sweetener, because the sugar dissolves slowly and will be in the finished drink unpleasant to squeak on the teeth.

Strawberry smoothie: banana recipe


Banana – 1
Frozen strawberries – 100 g
Yogurt or milk – 200 ml
Honey – 1 spoon

Cooking recipe:

Banana peel, cut into arbitrary pieces.
Wash and dry the strawberries and remove the stalks if necessary.
In the bowl of a blender add fruit, add yogurt, honey. Beat well until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve.
