How to make delicious sandwiches: TOP picnic recipes

Snacks for a picnic in haste – it is, of course, all kinds of sandwiches and sandwiches. They can be prepared with completely different fillings: chicken, fish, vegetables and meat. It all depends on your preferences. We will share the recipes themselves delicious sandwiches for a picnic.

It’s Martha Stewart’s favorite sandwich. You can eat it for Breakfast or take it with you on a picnic.


  • 340 g canned tuna in oil
  • 2 thinly sliced celery stalks
  • 1 Apple, Gala or Macintosh, peeled and diced
  • 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices of rye bread

Cooking recipe:

In a medium bowl combine tuna, celery, Apple, mayonnaise, Basil and lemon juice; mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the salad on 4 slices of bread, cover with the remaining 4 slices of bread. Serve sandwiches with tea or coffee.

  • toast bread
  • chicken thigh

Cooking recipe:

Preparing the topping. Fry garlic and chili in butter. Add tomatoes and season with salt, sugar and oregano. Cook over low heat until tomatoes are soft.
Mix Aioli sauce and American mustard. As with all spices – proportions to your taste. If you want a fresher taste, replace the Aioli sauce with Greek yogurt.
Lightly marinate the hips in olive oil, seasoning them with salt and pepper. Fry on the grill until tender. In parallel, you can dry the toast. The finished meat is separated from the bones and cut into small pieces.
Making a sandwich. On dried toast spread arugula, and then the meat. Pour all the sauce and close the slices of cheese. On top there is a topping of tomatoes, and then again a little sauce and toast.

A very tasty recipe sandwich for a spring picnic. They can also be taken to work to eat during the day.


  • avocado – 1 PC.
  • light mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper freshly ground to taste
  • whole grain bread – 8 slices
  • smoked salmon – 60 g
  • fresh cucumber – 1 PC.

Cooking recipe:

Clean the avocado, remove the bone and cut the flesh into thin slices.
Wash the cucumber and cut into thin circles.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and some black pepper. Spread the sauce over the bread.
Half lay out slices of avocado, thinly sliced fish and cucumber. Close the top with the remaining bread and press it gently. Cut each in half diagonally.
Tip: If you don’t like smoked salmon fillet, replace it with salted or baked.

Radishes can not only be added to the salad, but also to prepare delicious sandwiches for a picnic.


  • 8 slices of whole grain bread
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 2 fresh cucumbers
  • 100 g of cheese
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 200 g of baked chicken fillet
  • 1 red onion
  • a few feathers of green onions
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking recipe:

Radishes and cucumbers wash and cut into slices.
Chicken fillet cut into thin slices.
Peel the onion and cut into rings.
Cut the cheese into thin slices.
Each slice of bread spread with cream cheese. On 4 slices of bread put circles of radish. On 2 slices of bread spread the plate of cheese and cucumber pieces. Then another 2 slices of bread put onion rings and chicken pieces.
Lightly salt and pepper. On a slice of bread with radishes place the onion.
Make sandwiches by folding in pairs. Each sandwich one of the parties must be radishes.
If desired, cut the sandwiches into triangles with a very sharp knife.
