Apple pie on kefir: a simple recipe with corn flour

Pie with apples and cinnamon – a great recipe for home-baked tea. It has a stunningly tender crumb and a ruddy crust. And in this Apple pie yogurt included corn meal, making it a Sunny yellow.

Apple pie on kefir

Ingredients:

500 ml of kefir
3 eggs
200 g sugar
160 ml vegetable oil
1 teaspoon baking soda
250 g wheat flour
250 g corn flour
2 apples
Zest of 1 lemon
Cinnamon
Vanilla sugar

Cooking recipe:

Preheat oven to 180 C. Form a diameter of 26 cm butter and grease with baking paper.
In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar, kefir and vegetable oil until smooth.
Sift the flour with soda and add to the egg-kefir mixture. Mix everything.
Apples cut into pieces. Add to the dough with lemon zest. Stir.
Pour the dough into a mold, sprinkle the surface of the cake with cinnamon and vanilla sugar. Bake for about 1 hour. Ready to check with a toothpick.
Cool, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into portions.
